A los vecinos y vecinas de Bariloche.
El Foro de Juntas por el Ambiente aspira a conformarse como una instancia de relevamiento, estudio, análisis y definición de acciones en relación a las múltiples problemáticas ambientales que afectan al área urbana y periurbana de nuestra ciudad y el inmediato entorno rural. Bajo las premisas de la construcción participativa, horizontal y democrática, el Foro busca comprometer a las Juntas Vecinales en una empresa compartida donde la defensa del entorno aúne los empeños del colectivo vecinal en un esfuerzo común.
Contra la falta de planificación urbana, el menoscabo constante de los bienes naturales, el avance incesante del interés privado sobre los derechos colectivos, la connivencia de los poderes públicos y la carencia de mecanismos que garanticen la participación ciudadana en las decisiones gubernamentales, el Foro busca consolidarse como interlocutor legítimo de los intereses de la ciudadanía ante las autoridades municipales, provinciales y nacionales.
Que no se avance más sobre los cauces y espejos de agua, que se respeten los mallines, que no se aprueben desarrollos que carezcan de infraestructura y servicios, que se haga un tratamiento responsable de los residuos y respetuoso del entorno, que se unifique la normativa sobre planeamiento y, en síntesis, que se deje de escuchar la voz del interés económico y que se empiece a escuchar la voz de una ciudadanía organizada y consciente.
Las catorce juntas y asociaciones que hoy componen el Foro invitan a los sesenta y seis barrios de la ciudad a enviar a sus representantes. Organizarse ya es resistir. Es hora de que el medio ambiente vuelva a ser un asunto de toda la comunidad.

Para integrarse al Foro se requiere ingresar al enlace de googleforms que aparece abajo y completar el formulario o remitir una solicitud formal a la siguiente dirección de Mail indicando nombre y apellido, Junta Vecinal de pertenencia y en qué calidad se incorpora al Foro (Miembro de la comisión directiva o colaborador. En este último caso, se ruega enviar una comunicación formal firmada por el presidente de la Junta Vecinal acreditando la representación)
